I know the smug among us preach loudest about justice. Having known folks lucky enough never to be caught in their transgressions, they yap the loudest about justice and punishment.

Think Rep. Mark Foley (R) FL and his legislation against pornography.

We all celebrate when assholes like that are finally exposed (no pun intended).

But that doesn't stop some pious jerk from sounding off about"Well, they deserved it..." or "Well what were they thinking when they did that..."

Two terrible, tragic stories today. One from Columbus, OH, the other from Occoquan, VA.

Two children dead: one for a misdemeanor and the other a DUI.

Sorry folks, ain't no justice there.
