According to Bush he looked into Putin's heart. He said Putin was a friend of the US. Putin's not even a friend to the satellite states surrounding Russia, Western Europe or Asia. Bush recognized a fellow crook when he met one and quickly invited Putin to come to Washington to meet the world's baddest crook without a conscience, Dick Cheney.
