Republicans Don't Monopolize Stupid

I know he's from the South, but for Pete's sake: has he read the Bill of Rights or does he just know the 2nd Amendment by heart and by God that's all he needs?

I know, Tipper Gore is from the South too.

Must be the 1st Amendment was written before there were Southern states and they just haven't gotten around to reading it yet.
