Dubai is currently under (re) construction, complete with an indoor ski mountain in the middle of the desert, the jewel of the United Arab Emirates. It's a pretty racy place, too.

Dinesh D'Souza really needs to get out more . Ted Kennedy and Baywatch caused 9/11? I guess Osama is lining up a plane ticket for Dubai then. He thinks Arabs hate us because we party?
